ThunderCloud offers a Lifetime Warranty on select products to guarantee long-term reliability. Please check the official product page or packaging to confirm eligibility.

Coverage

Covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Structural damage under normal use

Excludes:

• Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
• Normal cosmetic wear
• Unauthorized modifications or use of non-official parts

Eligibility

• Warranty applies only to designated products marked as Lifetime Warranty eligible.
• Customers must register the product on the ThunderCloud official website within 30 days of purchase.
• Claims for unregistered or non-eligible products will not be accepted.

Claim Process

2. Provide proof of purchase and clear product photos.
3. ThunderCloud will decide whether to repair or replace the product (equal value if discontinued).

Shipping

• Customers cover shipping to ThunderCloud.
• ThunderCloud covers return shipping.
• International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes.

Limitations

• Valid only for the original purchaser who registered within 30 days.
• Non-transferable and not valid for second-hand purchases.
